I debated for a while to just encode them to the css sheet but at the time I was changing my css way to often, still am some time, but I have also thought about encoding them and hosting them on googles servers. I go back and forth on the issue sometimes in my mind. Maybe I'll throw it the encoded ones on the server again...you have my mind thinking about it again to help speed up my css for social networking icons I just decided a while back to host the css and images up on google servers at
